:: christmas! ::
i m back from hibernation. blogging hibernation i mean. i havnt blogged since ten thousand years ago, and i guess even laraine has already given up on asking me to blog huh.
its christmas now, my favourite time of the year. its a time only meant to be shared with the people who are close to you. and the message behind Christ bringing hope and peace to the world makes the whole season special. as i saw somewhere, it says "Jesus is the reason for the season". fully agreed.
however, christmas also means to pupils that sch is reopening, and that its time to catch up on all the unfinished hw. feeling super sian now. i have waited a whole year for this holidays, and it just passed me without even a single warning. how could time do that to me?! feeling abit cheated here. urgh, i want more resting time! but i guess all of us do. and all good things got to come to and end, now its the time to wake up.
lets take a look at what i have done over the holidays. for the first few weeks, my pw group and i were working towards the oral presentation. i guess it was kind of like a repeat of the sji days, whereby every level got a project work to do. soon after op, mayue left us for china, leaving cldds without a teacher in charge and its back to sji scenario. whereby i got to start from scratch without any guidence. after the oral presentation, i began work at Grand Hyatt Singapore. i got the work there thanks to eighth aunt adeline. i wanted to work there as i want to know how the restaurants operate and it was more for the working experience, not so much the money. although the company there was good, my collegues are quite friendly, the managers there were really terrible and the regime was horrible. i guess its a balance of good and bad, just what the public can see. i was glad and sad to leave the job. esp cos of huda who made things so interesting.
after that was my own time, spent it quite unproductively. i was shopping around, mostly for ZQ and PW's present. the rest of the presents were settled quite easily. so fast its christmas. and thank you rui qi for my first christmas present. its very interesting.
now that christmas is almost over, its time to plan for the next year. i think i might make certain changes, like my study habit, it got to be more consistent. although alot of help is needed from ZQ. and i might move over to city harvest church with PW. another goal i set for myself as well as the ac chinese drama is to upkeep the gold with honours achievment that the seniors set. of course, not to mention academically wise, i would like to get all A's for my subjects. and to attain this feat, it would need alot of work and effort. no more playing and slacking from 2007. of course, these are only the majoy goals that i mentioned. minor goals include getting at least a silver for NAPFA and what not.
i think i shall end here for the time being. hopefully i got the time to blog again before 2007.
