:: restless ::
today i went to watch restless after the last day of sch. finally its the time of the year again. yes its the holidays. but then again, i only have five days to myself for the whole holidays. dun seem to be much of a rest. and the choong was so totally being a pain cos she said we had to redo the whole gpp. and my group ask me to do it on a monday. when i have the most activities on. so damn bloody irritating!
went to swensens after that with my good friend. saw miss baljeet there together with mrs joyce saw. and when mrs saw saw us, she say she will give us one demerit point la... what the hell... think she is just joking, cos she dun think i have four gfs does she? ah well... had the fish and chips in swensens and then had the unlimited scoops of ice cream again. this time, the rum and rasin was very nice as you can really taste the rum inside. had about three scoops of rum and rasin in total. altogether, i had about seven scoops. way below my personal best. what a waste. but nvm, shall go back some time.
after that, went to the florist with zhi quan to get flowers for eugene.got seen by miss azlina and was running about in the heavy rain. was total madness. then after that dunno whether to take bus of catch a cab. in the end, we took the bus cos the queue for the cab was so long, it was no pt waiting. so got there fifteen minutes late.
ok, now about restless. the first part was quite anal, with raj hurrying me and zhi quan to get in. but zhi quan's friend have yet to reach, so we couldnt get in yet. finally she got here but only got single seats left. feeling quite pissed, we went in. oh ya, my dear classmates conveniently didnt reserve seats for me. many thanks for that. after seating down, the show began, it was quite ok, relatively up to standard (ps my standard of everything is very high, so it is quite ok) but still lacking in some portions. i think the best part is the part of dancing to the song about dedicating your life to Christ. it was super touching. and it was super good. the rest of the dance is rather random, not at all in tune to the theme of restless. and benjamin was so stiff in his dancing. definately could do with some improvement. eugene was hiding behind most dances most of the time. so infurating, but then the parts that i saw was quite good, prob due to the time when he got practise on sji stage. hence he got not stage fright. josephians all the way! candice was also rather good. with the retro dance.
overall score for restless, 7/10. ya i know there is alot of hard work involved, but then again, it didnt live up to reputation. so yup. here is your score.
